This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services, including visa processing, tour packages, and travel-related bookings.
1. General Refund Policy
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Kite Star Tourism. Refunds will be processed based on the type of service purchased and the stage of processing at the time of the request.
• Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
• Processing time for refunds is typically 7–21 business days.
• Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Visa Services Refund Policy
Due to the nature of visa processing:
• Visa application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to immigration authorities.
• If a visa is rejected, the service fee charged by Kite Star Tourism remains non-refundable.
• Refunds may only be considered if:
o The application has not yet been processed or submitted, and
o A cancellation request is made within a reasonable time frame.
Important Note: Visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE immigration authorities, and Kite Star Tourism is not responsible for any rejections.
3. Tour Packages & Travel Services
a) Cancellations by Customer
• More than 15 days before travel: Eligible for up to 80% refund
• 7–15 days before travel: Eligible for up to 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
b) No-Show Policy
• Failure to appear for a scheduled tour or service will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
c) Partially Used Services
• No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services once the tour has commenced.
4. Flight & Hotel Bookings
• Refunds for flights and hotels are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and hotels.
• Kite Star Tourism acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for third-party refund delays or policies.
• Any service fees charged by Kite Star Tourism are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Kite Star Tourism
In rare situations where Kite Star Tourism cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances:
• Customers will be offered:
o An alternative service, or
o A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
6. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Political instability
• Flight cancellations by airlines

• Include booking reference number and details
• Provide valid reasons for the refund request
8. Amendments to Policy
